My Bootcamp fitness sessions include the latest cutting edge exercises designed to help lose stubborn body fat, giving you a fitter, stronger body with more energy. I will vary the format of these sessions so that you don’t get bored with them – you will have circuits or interval training or conveyor-belt training or general fun – you get the idea!! I will set exercises accordingly to cater for varied fitness levels, and the sessions are open to ladies and gents.

The course will comprise of 5 Saturday early morning sessions – 8.45 for a full hour – on a prepaid basis of only £40.00 total.
You will get a full hour’s session – to set you up for your Saturday! – and I supply all the fitness equipment. I will also be providing support, home routines and fitness and healthy eating tips between sessions.

The fitness sessions will be held at the Haven Centre, Crawley Down.

I supply all fitness equipment and mats, you just bring yourself – plus a drink of water – plus lots of enthusiasm! The sessions will be good fun – I promise!! – and will incorporate all the latest cutting-edge exercises and high intensity training.

The early morning sessions allow you to start the day feeling good having completed your exercises, and with increased energy for the rest of the day.

The Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels, ladies and gents, as exercises will be set accordingly.
