Julie’s Summer Fat-Loss Bootcamp!

My fat loss Bootcamp diet, combined with the latest cutting edge exercises in regular fitness sessions, is designed to help lose stubborn body fat.

The month’s Bootcamp will comprise :

• 3 x fitness sessions a week : 2 very early morning sessions on a Mon and Fri (7.00 – 7.45 a.m.) plus a Wednesday evening session

• Diet plans

• Weight management (optional – depends on your personal preference)

• On-line motivation/tips!!

• Voucher to attend a free class off my normal timetable

The fitness sessions will be held at the Haven Centre, Crawley Down.

I supply all fitness equipment and mats, you just bring yourself – plus a drink of water – plus lots of enthusiasm! The sessions will be good fun – I promise!!

The early morning sessions allow you to start the day feeling good having completed your exercises, and with increased energy for the rest of the day.

The Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels, as exercises will be set accordingly.

Start date – 19th July. (If any weeks clash with a holiday booked, but you would still like to do the Bootcamp, just let me know, as I can obviously give discount for the week you can’t make, or make up with extra free classes from my timetable).

Price for the month’s bootcamp : £88.00

Discounted offer price for 2 friends joining together : £150 total for 2.
