Are you bored with working out in a gym and need someone to motivate you? If so, this class is for you!!

  • Circuit format – simple to follow – no choreography

  • All ages and fitness levels welcome – exercises set accordingly
  • I provide all the weights (I have a large range available) and all other fitness equipment.
