I am pleased to offer here exercise tips for those of my eager class participants who ask me for homework between classes!!! I am only too pleased to oblige!!!
I will be changing these tips regularly, and if you have any queries about any of the exercises at all please don’t hesitate to ask me via my contact page. Please make sure to always do a gentle warm up before exercising, and cool-down and stretch out afterwards. These tips are designed for those class members used to regular exercise, so if you are new to exercise, please be aware not to attempt any if you have a medical condition or are not sure of the technique, and to consult me first. Not all exercise programmes are suitable for everyone – so the golden rule is if anything causes you pain or discomfort – don’t do it!!
